Laminar Flow hood that can disassemble ?

Hey all!
I was wondering if anyone has tried constructing a laminar flow hood that can disassemble with relative ease. I noticed that most seal each wall together with sealant making it difficult to break down. I was thinking it might be possible to perhaps line the edges with rubber and use a clasping system to draw each endwall tight to create a seal. Let me know what your thoughts are and if anyone has any ideas.
Cheers!

Just build a small enough one to tote around. There are reasons why we seal them this way.

The plenum needs to be sealed very well. I wouldn't trust a rubber gasket.
For the filter and the blower housing you could maybe use some type of weatherstripping and clamps or screws.

Thanks for the response guys. What are the reasons the plenum needs to be sealed very well?

#1 to be able to create equal pressure #2 see #1
Also so all the air in the plenum goes through your prefilter

That would be great, but I've never seen anything like that. I travel alot overseas, and cannot bring my 8ft hood with me.. It would be great. I'll just either have to build a new one, or buy one and have it shipped.
