Where is a good area at the australian south coast for mushroom hunting, especially to find some Panaeolus Cyanescens?

You will have to do some research. I don't think it will be particularly difficult to find areas suitable for Panaeolus (Copelandia) Sp.

Panaeolus cyanescens and Psilocybe cubensis grow in NSW and QLD, but not really in VIC. Psilocybe subaeruginosa grows in NSW, VIC, SA, WA and probably QLD too. I'm not sure but I think cyans and cubes fruit in the Spring/Summer. Subs fruit in Autumn/Winter.
To clarify, cyans grow on the east coast of Australia, not the south coast. Other active mushrooms grow on the south coast.

Disagreed. The southern coast of Australia is beautiful all year round!
