A Portishead Question...................
    #2180614 - 12/15/03 09:05 PM (13 years, 9 months ago)

So I have had their live album for a few years now and I was wondering what they are like in the studio. There live stuff sounds really rehearsed and they dont really jam out to much. This is why I havent bought a studio cd cause I figured it would be the same as the live one.

Anyone have a studio Portishead and want to comment and give their opinions of it?

definitely dummy
both studio albums do sound remarkably like the live one
beth gibbons did a solo album which was pretty bad imo
the glory box single has some pretty cool stuff on it
portishead is my favorite music to make dirty animal love to
but they always play them over rape scenes in movies
ie the craft
