Dreams.......

My entire life is boring... I grew up in an upper middle class family where the expectation is that each kid graduates from high school, goes to college, and then forms a career in which they end up marrying some "attractive" woman which they form a family together and every lives happily ever after....
It bores me....
I lived that path up until I actually started college. Up until college started, I believed that my life was going to result in me going to college and I would end up living "the american dream".... I would graduate college, land a six figure salary, and that six figure salary would land me the girl of my dreams....
Holy shit was I wrong... My hometown is the largest metropolitan area of Nebraska, USA. Look it up and you will know exactly where my hometown is... About an hour away sits the capital of Nebraska which houses a college town simply there for the university it houses... top 100 university in the United States but nothing of Ivy League quality... So i moved away from my parents to start my own life in the capital of Nebraska... The minute I was away from parental control, I began to cultivate magic mushrooms simply for an experience I had been anticipating for years....
In the end.... I trippped those mushrooms but really those mushrooms represent the "red pill" in our current state of the matrix in the USA. I stepped into the light but I also stepped deep into the darkness...
From there... My only true "thrills" i have gained from life have been "DREAMS"... Just last night... I had this dream where I stepped into the cage of a lioness and her cubs... Obviously if you know animal nature... this is not a situation you would EVER want to be confronted with... But for some reason.... I find these "realities" to be the only thrill which I find comfort in... I don't know how to explain it... I'm the true definition of "adrenaline junkie" but yet I only find this adrenaline rush in dreams... Does anybody else have the same feelings about LIFE in general?

You need to step up a level in your perception of reality. Repeatedly dosing psychedelics eventually turns the circuits on, but 'evolving' or maturing your understanding of everything that is happening also steps you up levels.
Everything that you learn and understand changes the entropy level of your consciousness.
Yes, every moment can be an eternal focus of interest and even wonder, you just need to turn the hardware on (your brain).

"In last dream I had wings, but now im back to reality"
:-(
this reality needs you to work harder, you need to work to actually achieve
in dreams you can achieve without working
this makes this reality so much more interesting, you got a body you can work on to make healthy you got a life you can work on to make healthy you got a possible education you can take etc
and then some people do nothing
it's your own choice, but education always helps see society in a new angle and actually look optimistically on society, I spent so many years in school I can hardly remember anymore

feels good to use your body feels good to use your brain feels good to eat right feels good to meditate
feels bad to use drugs, pessimism, no overview
feels good to work hard for a day and feel healthy in body and come home and relax
doesn't feel good to sit at home all day, doing nothing gives no energy
you could say I have tried it all, used to work from home
"the american dream" is to sit at home and do nothing, but when you get it you gain 80lbs and your heart stops working due to calories and not getting workout - no exercise, just sit at home
it's the whole "grass is greener on the other side" until you get it yourself, then you want more

Poor diet is a cause of you having to seek thrills. This rush is a sign that you are having some restrictions in your body chemistry, and in order to get things flowing, especially to the brain, you have to scare yourself as if it is a heart defibrillator. All you need to do is work out and be on an organic kosher diet so that you will not have to be a thrill junkie.
Drink lots of water. Water is important for keeping your body well hydrated and free of toxins, which helps your mind to focus better. To aid in other relaxation exercises, drink plenty of water.
Exercise moderately. Exercise is responsible for releasing endorphins, which in turn create a feeling of happiness. Try doing a little exercise every day to help relax your mind after dealing with a stress-filled schedule. http://www.wikihow.com/Relax-Your-Mind
Honey And Sage Leaves Remedy For Hot Flashes Sage leaves have been found to be excellent in controlling hot flashes. Many women are rejecting hormone replacement therapy and are seeking natural relief from hot flashes. Sage is an excellent option because it is a safe source of estrogen.http://honeyfanatic.com/1951/how-to-cure-hot-flashes/

Exercise helps your frontal lobe evolve due to increased blood flow, increases happiness due to better overview of thought and more abstractions
But exercise also helps without thinking about it ;-P one you feel like you must do because you like it, run, cycle, swim - you got the world at your feet
when you get old, you may not be able to walk - bad knees may not be able to skate may not be able to swim , run , cycle
I would use the moment as much as I could, one day you may have bad health and being able to walk will not be possible without fainting all possible health complications can come at any time, so you shouldn't take your health for granted but actually use it
in 10-15 years you will not be able to run, if you are a smoker - and likely not even if you are not a smoker too

Well, you can trust me on this, that if you get on an organic kosher diet and drink lotsa pure and I'm mean pure water, and with all of your meals add some extra virgin olive oil or any other kind of oils, like red palm, avocado, coconut and or walnut oil to your meals and or you can even mix them together, you will see the improvements of your health. And drink sage tea before going to bed and try to take one day out of a week for R&R (rest and relaxation). Even if you are a smoker, by eating and resting in this manner , you will prevent the harm that smoking can cause to the body will have none or little effect. When exercising, it help to remove these toxins that accumulated in the body, and so keep the heart pumping except for one day out of a week, so that the body can totally rejuvenate itself. And please do not get any advice from your doctor, because they just want what is in your pockets.
As I had posted this video before on another post......And now she's 62 and still look the same.
And she is a vegan, but you doesn't have to be a vegan to look this great at the age of 49; just know what you are eating.

Extra virgin olive oil (organic) Blueberries Walnuts Almonds Hazelnuts Garlic High Quality Fish oil (there's a big difference) Oatmeal w. blueberries Spinace in garden
Organic Green tea Lots of water
Superfoods / philosopher / brain food :-)
True the body can rejuvenate itself, to some extent It depends on how much we have damaged it, when young we can still do it
If we have eaten pizza everyday for 20 years it might not be possible any longer to restore full health I got quite a few health problems, more than I can list
I can spot a smoker, or a junk food addict easily - even if they exercise once in a while usually. Especially when they're 40+ of age. I know one smoker that works out and still looks healthy, but it is a bit rare when you get 35+ to look healthy when you smoke I think. It can usually always be seen - especially on teeth.
Personally I think smoking is one of the worst things to do to the body , together with drugs everyday, or pizza everyday - about equally bad. Risk of total damage.

Nutrition is the most important step, and we can only control that when not stressed in our lives. Else we got no control , we smoke everyday, 2 packs a day, eat pizza everyday, smoke weed everyday, eat fries everyday etc.
Avoiding stress is most important
Unfortunately in our modern society most people got stress at home it seems
Either from all their gadgets or neighbors / partners / family
Not pleasant to think about, it's almost impossible to avoid stress fully ... :-)

Stress comes from something that is in the body that isn't receiving its daily amount. When everything is receiving its daily amount, then everything will start working in harmony. When you are in a stressful situation, your body will produce certain chemicals to relieve the pressure; but if something in the body isn't fully charged, then there's an imbalance that will cause everything not to work properly like it should. Dopamine are only released when needed, but not when you want it to. But when it is being released continually, then it will need time to restore its level back. But if you are in a stressful situation and which every day is a stressful situation, and if your dopamine level isn't enough to treat the problem but give it a tease, then you'll become addictive, and want more and more. Some people that doesn't abuses it, when they are in a stressful situations, they'll still be in a great mood because their dopamine level is at enough to supply on demand. Organic White or dark chocolate or tuna is a good source for dopamine restoration. and there's cashews that can help a lot as well.

True..
I guess only people who have had to live with noisy neighbors in 8-9 years in a row would understand, without being able to move
Puts you in daily stress from 5am to 11pm , no days excepted, not even sundays or newyears
People running on thin wood floor, babies screaming, loud tv speaking through walls all day, people screaming etc.
It adds up, and can easily make one addicted to many things, not just one thing Any thing one can be addicted to is possible...
But dark chocolate can be pretty good, satisfies that addictive need that often comes the addictive pull from not feeling good at home for years in a row
I guess I know what society's problems are now ;-)
Anyway:

Thank you all for your insights.... Let's make one thing clear... I do no smoke CIGARRETTES as those are absolutely disgusting and degrading to the human entity... If it tastes like dirt... It most likely is dirt....
Your suggestions of exercise is actually all I needed... I have become too saturated with sitting and thinking that it completely limits my ability to express my "earth body" during the day...
Ironically... I barely check these forums for the purpose of not getting addicted to it and it's been weeks since i have actually checked back on this post... The irony is that I recently realized a few days ago that I lost my repetition in exercise. I used to work out daily but eventually life got too "hectic" to even move towards the gym... But I am thankful that my many particulate consciousnesses have come together to prescribe a solution my adrenal problems...

if you are an adrenaline junkie, get yourself some epinephrin and dose it periodically.

I have a theory - many agree with parts, about the state of reality
at the top, the universal consciousness. This is where ALL of us are 100% connected, we are one
One level down, is a dream. The consciousness splits into different people, ideas, powers, entities, etc.
One level further, is one persons dream within the previous dream. That single persons consciousness gets split up into more people, ideas, powers, entities, etc.
This process continues infinitely.
I have no evidence nor experience to back this theory up - I can across it through logical reasonings while pondering existence.
What's interesting though - is in dreams, since we are all split up, each part of us is in a way amplified. Or perhaps its more noticeable by comparison, because it isn't all mashed up with other parts of your psyche.
I have another theory. There are many ways of reaching the end goal, but I'll lay out one path
Become lucid in your dreams. Master lucidity. Master dream control. Become lucid in reality. Master becoming lucid in reality. Master the Self. Master Reality. (Master OTHER people realities?). Wake up. Become Lucid in that reality. Etc.
You bring your dreams into reality, and use that master of reality to wake up - and move closer to the universal consciousness
Or, if you choose, you can go infinitely into fantasy, into dreams, away from reality. Actually the path I laid out might help you with either choice, reality or fantasy, I don't know yet.
Theres a whole lot more but Ive lost my train of thought too much
-------------------- Just because I am arrogant does not mean I forget my place. It is how I choose to talk. I am not a monk. I am my own path, and I am without influence. Talk to me about my core being before you question my mental stability or life-choices. Chances are, they're only shocking to you because they don't fit your idea of what is.
