I have 6 cakes, weighed them, they're 70-80g each. Should I re-dunk them?

They're Ecuadorian (notoriously slow colonizer), 1/2 pint PF cakes. It's been about 3, maybe 4 weeks, no pins. I dunked them for maybe 20 hours, but not refridgerated.
Is 75 grams low? They don't seem that dry, but I've been considering re-dunking them for another 30 hours.

You don't need to cold shock cubes...when did you dunk them? After full colonization plus a week for consolidation? Your gonna have to give up some more info.

Was this the first dunk and roll? Or have you already harvested a flush? What are your misting/fanning procedures? What are they fruiting in?

Yes, about 8 days after the jars were fully colonized on the outside, but it took longer than usual to get there, so I'm thinking 8 days wasn't enough.
Standard SGFC. After the roll, some mycelium grew OVER the outer verm roll layer, and 3 of them started to bruise. I thought it was a dehydration thing. Watered them and the perlite a lot since then, but I've also recently found out that with Ecuadorians especially, misting once a day is recommended (but fanning 6+) to initiate pinning.
Has anyone weighed their cakes? I've searched here, but only found one obscure post where someone said his 1/2 pint cakes are usually 170+ grams?

Blue bruising like that is typically caused by dehydration, you're right.
Misting and fanning are "as needed", not "times per day". You should only mist if the sub looks dry, and only fan when misting to disperse the new moisture. Fanning for FAE is pointless, your SGFC should have enough holes to facilitate that on it's own.
I've not heard a lot about people weighing their cakes, can't help you there

Originally, I thought the low humidity was because of the perlite drying out, which I fixed, but it also may have been the dunk, and/or not fully consolidated in the middle.
