WBS inocculated 2 weeks ago with Treasure Coast spores, just lost 3 overnight. Planned on spawning to a mono but now that I only have 2 jars I may have to rethink that. Not sure where I went wrong. PC'd for 90 minutes. Using RTV SHIP lids with EZ Felt filters for GE. I did an open air inoculation which may have caused problems. Hoping I don't lose my other 2 jars.
First jar I have no clue, also has a bit of the green like the other 2 (not pictured). Not positive if the other 2 jars are trich or a blue-green mold.

Open air inoculations are just fine if you are quick to cover the hole up. I would be looking at what ever you used to inoculate.
Make sure to start the PC timer when it actually reaches 15 PSI and starts rocking.

It was one of 4 syringes I just got from the spore depot. I didn't flame sterilize between jars but I kept the needle wrapped with gauze soaked in 90% iso as best as I could. If the syringe was bad, guess my other 2 are going to meet the same fate soon

And there is your problem..
You cant sterilize with ISO, you need to flame sterilize, never wipe with ISO, EVER.
You need to flame between jars for sure. Use 70% ISO for your projects also, the lesser amount of alchohol tricks things into absorbing it. It kills faster by 1 min.
I would also remove the name of the place where you got your syringes.

Noted, and noted. Interesting about the 70%.
So, I imagine no need to flame a needle fresh out of the package. But inbetween jars, sterilize with an alcohol flame, let it cool in open air then inoculate? As in nothing ever covers the needle?

Stab that shit in red hot, flame EVERY time no matter what, there is no such thing as fresh out of the package.
Heat needle, shove through injection port repeat. If you do not have many PF jars, even doing it between every other hole will increase your chances.
