Open the bag, leave it open and mist it with water a few times a day.

I must disagree with you sir. The best way at this point would be a sgfc so OP can control all the variables better.

I think the easiest, most effective way, without spending any more money would just be to open the bag, leave it open, and mist it a few times a day. Those fuckers will get PLENTY of fresh air that way and the walls of the bag should help keep humidity pretty high.

I'm not saying it won't work, your method will allow for FAE. However, since this was already screwed from the start (being a growbox), I'm trying to advise OP of his best possible course of action. A SGFC is ideal for this instance imo.

Those fruits are DYING for fresh air exchange. You need CONSTANT fae. They've been adapted to grow outside. You need maximum 1000 ppm of co2. Those long skinny stems and fluffy asses are a big indicator you need fae. Idk wtf these grow kit people are thinking, they need more holes for air. You're like the 20th person I've told in 3 months to poke more holes in the bag.
That bag needs more holes. Take a knife or a pen and poke like 10 or so holes into it all over. Also mist when it's looking dry. Keep the surface moist.
If you gave a good grower a grow kit, I bet he'd makeshift it so much to dial it in until it's perfect. Grow kits can produce great flushes. I've seen it. Hell you can even do invitro grows with a jar and a bag with holes taped onto the jar for a "fruiting chamber" just poke holes until it's good.

Not everyone can make a shotgun, but everyone knows how to poke holes or tape holes up if it's getting too much fae. It's all about dialing it in right.
If op made a shotgun, it'd be good because he doesn't have to do that next grow. However don't knock on bags as a fruiting chamber. Where's bod when you need him? He has amazing invitro grows done in grocery bags. Just because there's just no tried, tested, and true teks for bags, doesn't mean it doesn't work.
The only reasons I wouldn't ever get a grow kit is because I don't know how it was made and the price. If it contaminates, it's an unknown cause. Like I said, give a good grower a grow kit and I bet he'd make it push out amazing stuff. A few ounces for sure.

Haha there's bod! I still have yet to try bags as an fc, but you definitely inspired me to try it some day.
Op post more pics in a few days/next flush, and we can tell you if you need anything more
Make sure to mist when it isn't moist anymore and don't mist until there's pooled water. You just want it moist not wet.

Probably could have gotten a nicer first flush pinset but that bag box thing was quite neglected

I didn't say it wouldn't work, I just said it wasn't ideal imo. I tried bags over jars and cups before and just find a sgfc to be superior.
Bags will definitely work, a sgfc is just all around better I think

i agree a sgfc is probably better for the inexperienced since it's always dialed in. However experienced growers should be able to get the same results with a bag. The mushrooms speak to us. Just do what they say they need

Yeah, I'm on mono's myself. I still use my sgfc for my trays and experiments though

I poked a few holes in the bag as you guys adviced, in 24 hours they have grown tremendous amounts! Problem solved, too little fresh air
Thanx for all the help
