Mines are abs. I do 100 crunches a day. I was doing 400 a while back.

For endurance, it's my legs. I love to ride my bike for ridiculous distances. My best is a 258 mile day.
For strength, it's my back. I just don't feel right if I leave the gym without doing at least one deadlift.

That's rather impressive, Clifton. Primarily because it's environmentally friendly. . . I appreciate anytime we humans can be in perfect health without harming other critters
I don't have a favorite muscle. . . legs in general, from long hikes; arms from climbing, and abs just from those and a few others... abs are one to remember for sure, because they're central. . . hehe, ya know what i mean

one thing that's interesting; and i'll just throw this out there, even though it's not specific to topic. . .
pure and boundless faith in the health of one's body and mind. . . drinking plenty of water, and not doing unhealthy things. . .
i feel like once these are there, everything else seems to fall into place a little bit more. . and starts to flow effortlessly. it's like, once you completely have faith in your health - nearly regardless of circumstances - exercise will just come as play, as enjoyment, as a happy walk through the woods for its own sake. . .
and, sorry for ramblin' off topic
back on course.

That is a ridiculous distance and thats coming from an experienced distance cyclist and tourer! 200Kms is a big day for me and I haven't done that in a long while!
What sort of setting are you doing these kind of distances in? Touring? Brevet? Ultra-triathlon?

I also like working out legs though - they are my strongest muscle group and I am the most proud of them, so it makes sense that i like working them with weights, cycling, running and hiking.
Second is the back - I really like to deadlift and IMO it is probably the best "bang for your buck" exercise available.

It was a 400km brevet, with some extra kms added on just to be certain the distance was 400+. While the time limit for a 400 is 27 hours, I've always managed to finish right around 24 even. I tried once for a fast one, like closer to 18hrs, but I burned out too fast so I took a break and slept for a while, and finished at 24.5hrs anyhow.

Just get into the shorter distances. I don't do anything over 300km any more, and mostly just stick to doing 100km routes of my own making. If you're quick, you can bang out 100km in 3 hours and a little bit.

Oh absolutely - I rode a long course tri relay 2 years ago, 180kms in 5hrs 51 minutes, although this was balls to the wall on a road bike with racing tires/aero bars.
200kms would be easily within reach - and 300kms would be a challenge, but could probably survive it in a dusk til dawn scenerio... The pacing would be a challenge, because i like to ride fast and tend to cramp up due to loss of electrolytes....
Just did 70km's in maybe 2.5 hours on Sunday.
You've got me thinking - maybe i could incorporate some brevets into my life, 1 or 2 in the spring and fall....
Cheers!

I enjoy working all body parts.
Right now I am focused on abs to get that 6-pack, coming in nicely. I use to do 1,000 light crunches a day for months and never got "the cut", recently read to work them heavy and make them bigger, it's working like a charm.
Next I will focus on legs to get the tree trunks.
Been lifting 20 years.

Planks and dragonflags will help with the abs alot more than crunches - check em out if you don't do them already.

I ride a bike at least two hours every day, usually I work 8 hours then go ride. On Saturday I do a long ride which is 50 miles or more, then throughout the rest of the week I do my two hours rides at very fast speeds (23-25mph usually) I try to maintain that tempo even on smaller hills.
I love to ride, ride to work everyday, even in the rain. Riding helped me get over heroin addiction, been clean over two years now and riding was a major part of that.
It's an obsession now, love to road bike it!!!

Be careful, I have read they can mess up your posture if you over do it. I was doing 100 to 200 a day last year, now I do about 100 2 times a week, but am going to get back into doing at least 100 a day.
Having a strong core is good for cycling and running, which are my favorite ways to stay active and healthy.

QFT. Crunches hurt my back, isometric exercises seem to be the best for stability, which is the whole purpose of the abdominals. Though only the transverse are activated as opposed to rectus. Definition comes with lower bodyfat.
For me, my favorite body part would be the shoulders. They are my best feature, all capped out and broad. I try not to go too heavy and really work with the negative, this tends to give me the best results.
