Shakiness, migraine/headache and weakness. Over worked, lack of nutrition?

Hey Shroomery, my days been a bit of an ordeal and I wan't some of your expertise on it. The past couple of weeks at work have been extremely physically demanding as well as mentally, Ive been given 50 hour weeks and I believe it is starting to take a toll. I know 50 hours has become the new average but I can't seem to figure out why I feel like this sometimes.
Before I continue I just want to point one thing out, I don't eat too much at work and sometimes nothing. Most of the time Ill grab a sandwich from the coffee truck which would last me the day. I didn't have enough time to make a lunch today so I grabbed 2 slices of bread and one slice of ham deli meat with a banana. Nothing else. Throughout the day I noticed a headache forming and it was progressively getting worse. On top of the headache I had a feeling of weakness and shakiness throughout my body. The symptoms have cleared up but I'm still tremoring slightly, nothing crazy. It got better after I ate when I got home.
The work mainly consists of slugging heavy boxes back and forth, pushing and pulling extremely heavy skids and running around like a maniac trying to pick up the phone. Its constant and demanding. My father is a diabetic and my doctor recently noticed sugar in my Urine. Could this just be a sympton due to lack of nutrients? Or diabetes? A little worried here.

If it is Diabetes I think it would have shown up on your recent bloodwork

Im chalking this up to anxiety, I've been having panic attacks recently which Im 100% sure was triggered by lack of food and water and an unstable household. Tried burning some Kratom to ease it but I took so much I ended up having a massive panic attack the next morning
Going to grab myself a green card for this shit

It's from not eating, blood sugar gets low. When I am dieting off carbs I keep a jar of peanut butter when I feel it coming on I eat a big spoonful and it goes away in a few minutes.
