BRF jars: Quick Questions About contamination and Terrarium

Hey guys, This is my first post and also it's my first time growing mushrooms, i would appreciate any help from you guys
i followed the BRF Tek "PF Tek" to grow mushrooms and this forum was such great help clarifying the TEk.
It has been 21 days since jars Incubation "5 Jars", and they are almost if not fully colonized. So far the jars look good and healthy, however there are few strange things in some of my jars and i was wondering if those things are contamination "hope not":
One of my jar has strange white dots especially near the dry vermiculite on the top, "Click to photo to enlarge":

The other jar has a single big yellowish dot, check the photo below:

Are those contaminations ?
Also the bottom of all of the jars is not fully covered with mycelium even after the 21 days of Incubation, any suggestion of what should i do ? should i flip the jars as some people suggested in this forum ?

Last question, is my terrarium good and large enough to birth those 5 cakes SGFC style ?

Thanks everyone and sorry for the silly noob questions

I don't think that's contamination. Give them another week to consolidate and then birth.
If you smell anything funky when you open the jars get rid of it. Make sure you follow proper sterile procedures not to contaminate the other cakes.
Terrarium looks great! Good luck!

You're a mushroom daddy. Those are pins.

You don't have to worry about not having enough room, actually yo want the cakes relatively close to create a micro-climate.

Everything looks good!
Those white spots are hyphal knots and that "yellow spot" looks like a pin.
The bottom of the jar you asked about is definitely fully colonized. You'll always see a little bit of the sub, mushroom mycelium isn't so thick that it'll turn your cake solid white.
Build that tub into an SGFC and let those babies grow!

Looks like it's starting to pin and a small amount of metabolites. Fruit those bad boys. Good luck
