LC from shroom biopsy --> brf cakes?

I remember a thread where someone cloned to liquid culture and then inocd a bunch of cakes w/ the clone lc, and the fruits were pretty uniform and impressive-- but i can't for the life of me find the thread. could anyone direct me to it/ share their experiences w growing pf tek w isolated genetics? thanks a million

Yep, the stipe is a mixture of different mycelial cords that have anastamosed together, so you will get better fruits than MS but it isnt a true isolate. It was just now being discussed in advanced myco 36fuckin5 put that to rest though, not a true isolate.

agar sounds awesome but from what i understand it requires a pc (?) so ill probably just do lc until i get (read:can afford) a pc. thanks
