I'm planning on drilling the standard sgfc hole layout for all three of the tubs. I will put two cakes in each of the smaller tubs with a perlite casing. And I will give he larger tub a perlite casing. I will put a light on the inside of the lid on the larger tub. Fan and mist every day. Will this work?

Not using perlite as a casing, do you mean rolling the cakes in vermiculite? Perlite is what goes in the bottom of the chambers. The grey tub lid will need to be cut out and replaced with plexiglass so light can enter in the tub. A light inside the chamber is not a good idea, it will dry your cakes out and with all the humidity and spraying the light will probably end up popping

That depends on what you think "casing" means.

I thought casing was the stuff at the bottom of a sgfc. So I would basically put a double casing. One in the smaller container( with cakes) and one in big container( with light on the inside of the lid)

I am confused. But I'm pushed for time. I think my cakes may be ready to birth soon. I just want to know if this is possible.

Maybe? Don't worry about the light. You can keep the fc by a window and it will do just fine.
Also, you can wait a little before you birth your cakes. A couple days of reading will go a long way.
Keep 3-5 inches of soaked and drained perlite (not called a "casing") in the bottom of the tubs. Make sure they are drilled to spec. Mist and fan as needed a few times a day.

I'm going for stealth too. That's why I have the second tub. It will be in the closet on a shelf

After fully colonized they need to consolidate (left in the jars) for another week to 10 days before birthing. Once birthed they are dunked for 24hrs, rinsed off and rolled in vermiculite and placed on foil squares on top of 4"- 6" of perlite depending on what your tub heights are. They need room to grow but you also need enough moist perlite in the bottom of the sgfc to create and maintain enough humidity.
Do not put a light inside the chamber, cut a square out of the lid and replace it with plexiglass and light from above. Drill 1/4" holes 2" apart on all 6 sides of the tubs and have them raised off the surface they are sitting on by using the 1/2 pint jars under all 4 corners of the tubs

Putting those 2 little tubs inside the larger tubs will not work at all. Sgfcs are made to use natural air currents in the room. They will suffocate in there. You would have to manually fan them every 10 min to accommodate their fae needs

Order a galindoi syringe and do your stealth grow in a way that will work...
Closets do not 'breathe' like a full-sized room does, certainly not a fc inside of a fc inside of a closet inside of a room.
Just bury your cakes under a couple centimeters of dirt under a bush and you'll get better results.

Why do I put the light on the outside if I have another shield from the smaller tubs?

I have a small room that I could use but it has no natural light and I find many bugs( mostly spiders) in there? Should I try regular method in this room?

The lighting aspect will work but will cause a lot of heat and promote contam growth as will stale air, but every other aspect will fail. Sgfc are not designed to work like what your planning.

Those cakes look way too tall for those small tubs tbo. You would be better off just using the larger and turning that into your fc in the closet if you must with the lid cut out and plexiglass over it, light from above and a small 4" fan running in the closet facing away from the tub just to keep air moving

OP, I'm predicting lack of FAE in your future if you do this and store it on a shelf in your closet

I agree with the above advice. Do some research and patience is key
Don't "stealth" grow in your parents house
