Poll: Is it Really Saddam?

Like you weren't expecting to hear this conspiracy theory!
It looks like Saddam. But how do we know for sure?
Saddam has body doubles. He could have had a double hiding out in a home, conveniently placed near a palace. Why would he be alone, armed with only a pistol, not resist, and be so docile? Are his eyes missing the evil Saddam look? Or is he simply humiliated? http://edition.cnn.com/2003/WORLD/meast/12/14/sprj.irq.saddam.operation/index.html
Quote:
Having opted not to travel with security forces or an entourage that might bring attention to him, only a Styrofoam square, dirt and a rug separated the deposed Iraqi leader from the U.S. soldiers who routed him from his hiding place Saturday night.
'I think the pressure had become so tight on him, (Saddam) knew he couldn't travel in large entourages so he didn't have any men with him, didn't have much of a security force,' Odierno said.
Saddam was armed with a pistol, but showed no resistance during his capture.

I thought his nose looked wider than it should, but what do I know?
It doesn't matter now anyway. We will never know if this is him or not.

I'm still undecided but I'm leaning towards Yes.
How can they get DNA evidence, do they have a previous sample to compare to? Maybe Rumsfeld secretly got some DNA when he shook Saddams hand. hehe

That's because you're all sticky on account of the fact that Canadians sweat maple syrup.

Ooh! Ooh! I already predicted that the libby's would say it wasn't really Saddam!
I think that the person captured is thesame shape-shifting alien that killed Kennedy, tried to kill Castro, worked with the Russians, and helped the CIA plant the chip in my brain! More reynolds wrap, please!
... pathetic...

Saddam has plenty of body doubles intended for just this kind of thing. Is there really no chance at this stage that it might be one of them ?

No chance at all. DNA has identified him, along with body scars, Tariq Aziz, and members of the governing council. It is him. Only a loonie conspiracy theorist would believe otherwise.

About the same thing that Saddam's capture will. It will get in the heads of the terrorists, that none of them are safe. Personally, I would love to see the cocksucker laying in a trench. Maybe it's just me.

Anyone that says that is a fucking fool. Killing a groups leader does have an effect though. Frankly I am just tired of libbies bitching about him not being caught.
