try to build confidence in yourself. if you have no issues with inferiorioty, it is easier to deal with people who have some kind of advantage over you [as in a conversation with someone who is more experienced/knowledgeble about the topic]. another tip is to remember you are always in a position of learning. this does not mean strictly that you have something to be told, to see directly or similar; it can be from indirect observations about a person you are interacting with or just about anything. try to be obhjective about it, so you don;t feel so pressured to be the one on top.

i don't know how much sence this makes to you, and i am not always good at explaining things to others, so let me know what you think.
