What's up shroom family? Has anyone used this before?

I picked some up for my garden and have an extra 25lb bag just sitting around. I want to know if I can use it.

I know of successful grows with Black Kow so why not? I'd first check the label carefully to make sure there isn't anything in there you don't want. If it's just dehydrated cpoo and humus AOK+

Don't know about that particular brand, but I will say that the brand it probably important, by that I mean you want one that has been tried and tested. I say this because because my XP is that a great deal of commercial bagged cow manure can be largely DIRT - yeah imagine that, some producer decides he can make a lot more money by "cutting" his manure with dirt cuz how the hell is anyone going to know the difference, right? But texture should tell you a lot - you should be able to rub it between your fingers and not feel any granular stuff like sand or tiny pebbles, or at least not too much cuz there's bound to be SOME in there from when they scrapped it out of the yards. Also, as others have mentioned, it shouldn't SMELL like manure, not if it's already composted. I have bought shit that smelled strongly of ammonia, which was good and bad in that you knew it had manure in there, but it wasn't done composting and was too hot to use until it had finished, which you can do yourself, but why would you want to when you PAID good money for already composted poo, lol. If you can't find any that peeps can recommend here, then a good organic supplier would be your best source, if you can find one in your neck of the woods. Good luck with your grows man ;?D

Btw, it does SOUND like the right shit - by DEHYDRATED manure did it actually look like chunks of dried cow patties or was it all ground up looking like dark earthy stuff? Tried that Black Cow but it's so black it seemed like it had a lot of soil mixed in, a bit gritty when rubbed in the hands, good for a garden maybe not much good or as good for a mushroom grow. I mean shrooms do grow both directly out of cow patties in the field, and from the soil where a cow patty has been and naturally composted into the earth, so I imagine some soil might be okay, but not preferable, just my op ;?D
