Hey, this is my first post and my first grow. Please dont patronize me for the grow kit and try to help with the current situation:) This is my second flush first one being around 200gr fresh so i already got enough out of my kit but this flush doesnt look any good and there is the white patch. The white patch appeared right after dunking for the second flush and after 9 days it hasnt been growing very aggressively or changing colour (so it is not green mold i suppose). What is it and what should i do about it? I would like to have more flushes.
Last photo is the sideview near the patch.

Congratulation on your fruits! It's always a good thing to see people try new things and show their efforts on the Shroomery!
As far as the white patch of crust is concerned I really couldnt tell you but there are plenty of experienced members on here that can help you determine if it's a contaminant or nothing to worry about. Your fruits look nice by the way!
Stick around the shroomery and check out the cultivation forum, theres tons to learn!

Btw does your the crust have a funny smell? If it does theres a chance you may have a bacterial contam. Then again it could be fine and nothing to worry about.

Some sort of trich.
You can see from your side shot that the mycelium won't go near that section of the substrate. That's because it is being colonized by your neighborhood friend! That patch will likely turn green very soon.
