I don't see anything that worries me. You can increase FAE for a day or two to eliminate excess moisture, if you want, but it doesn't look that bad.
I would fruit it now

They don't look 60% colonized to me :confused2: Are you sure?

Keep in mind that often with coir you don't get those super white and homogeneous substrates you normally get with manure.

Well the moisture hasn't really cleared out, in one of the tubs in fact some of the pooling water is a bit yellow. I'm assuming it's waste from the mycelium and not a contaminant.

Should be metabolites, but give us some more pics so we can see what's going on there.

Wait a minute. Are you keeping those monotubs inside the tent/greenhouse?

If so, take them out and let them be exposed to natural air currents. That could be the issue.

Anyway, the tubs look good (and the jar too, some condensation is normal). No worries except that tent IMO.

Okay, I was thinking about deconstructing the tent entirely and just using the ambient lighting from the window anyways.

That amount of moisture is okay, though? It seems more than a bit excessive!

Or just use a regular fluorescent bulb. Sunlight is good, as long as you don't let the tubs under direct sunlight for too long or your sub will dry out.

Sub is a bit on the wet side, but nothing worrisome. Don't be frustrated, there is no reason so far

It's fairly dim in the bedroom and the shades are closed so the lighting is very low.

I should probably mention I've been messing with PF tek off and on throughout the past 5 years and was only successful once, with a very small flush.

Rye / monotubs seem way more promising so far, but in my lifetime I've only had one low dose trip and experimented with a bit of microdosing.

So each failure is like a colossal kick in nuts at this point :mad::confused::shocked::mushroom2::crazy2:

Well, light is probably one of the least important pinning trigger but you still need it. Just put a lamp over those tubs and forget about them for a week or so (12/12 cycle).

Don't freak out man, like I said you are doing good. Keep us updated.

Alright here's a weekly update.

Doesn't look like it's going too well.

1 pin, looks like an abort.

I'll let these tubs go another week before tossing them. Next monotub should be ready to fruit by then.

Looks alright to me. Lots of knots and primordia. Might could use some more air exchange.

Fingers crossed that your patience is rewarded.

You are a man of no patience dude

I am expecting a nice pic with more pins in 3-5 days.
