Overcrowded GH? Possible air not circulating?

This is the first time I've had my GH almost 100% full with 16 subs. I modded it out with PVC pipe to double the capacity, however, I'm concerned that my cool mist isn't pushing enough air to get to all subs equally, so I wind up moving them around every few days. Should I go the extent of cutting slits or holes in the sides to allow for more airflow? The cool mist does have decent pressure, so it's not that I doubt my humidifier. There just aren't any large gaps between my subs to allow free flowing air. Please let me know what you think.

Most folks with that type of set up eventually go with cutting slits. Nice job btw.

I too ran into an FAE problem with my GH. I am currently trying to dial in my GH. Nice mod with the PVC's by the way. Looks like you have the cool mist being pumped in, correct? What type of cool mist are you using? I use the Vicks V400 kaz cool mist humidifier, purchased in 2015. I placed it directly in my 4 tier GH at the bottom shelf and found that it wasn't raising the RH enough. Even when running it more than 40% of the time. When searching RogerRabbits 2014 posts I found out that the Vicks V400 production was moved to Mexico some years ago and currently is not adequate for boosting RH to adequate levels. I have found this to be true.
What I found is that the Vicks V400 is better for FAE, not so much boosting RH to 90%+. Instead of placing the entire V400 in the bottom shelf on the GH, I place half of the unit inside the GH & half of the unit outside the GH. The intake portion of the V400 is clearly outside the GH. Now fresh air is taken from outside the GH and pumped in without tubes.
To solve my low RH problem I have recently ordered an ultrasonic cool mist humidifier, the Pure Guardian H965 to be exact. That humidifier will be placed at the bottom of the GH as well. Since my GH is inside a closet type structure with minimal space between the plastic and walls I have many 4" slits cut throughout the GH. I also have a fan mounted on the ceiling of the closet structure running 24/7 to exhaust the closet air creating airflow.
Hope this helps you a bit.
