Which Mushrooms Can Be Grown In A Greenhouse

Hi All,
I run a small market garden and have some unused space under the staging in the centre of the greenhouses. This space is at ground level, bordered on four sides by wood panels approx. 1.5 feet high. The area is generally not in direct sunlight and I am considering if it would be possible to use the area for mushroom cultivation.
The temperature is between 20-35 C in the day and 10-20 C at night, although nighttime/daytime temps will be rising a bit now as we come into summer (UK).
Can anyone recommend mushroom strains that would suit this environment, or even better, a range of strains that would suit the changing temperatures through the seasons. I have been wanting to get into mushroom cultivation for a while and it strikes me this area would be a good size, there are three space, each is approximately 2m x 4m.
So..what do you think, anything suitable?

Pink Oysters (P. djamour) seem to do good in the heat. they are also incredibly fast from inoculation to fruting. Golden oysters are supposed to do alright aswell, but I havent grown them out myself so I dont know. It might be hard to grow some strains in that high of a temperature.
Also, Blue Oysters (P. columbinus) seem to well in a wide temperature range, although seem to produce meatier clusters in a cooler environment.
I would say try it and see what happens. I agree with the idea of Oyster buckets or something similar.

Okay, I had wondered about pink oysters, so that seems like a good place to start. Was leaning towards either buckets or layflat tubing. Ultimately I would like to grow a few varieties across the seasons to match the changing temperatures so this is just the first piece of the jigsaw hopefully. It is such an interesting area to get into and will add a new dimension to our market stall.

Golden oysters actually do a lot better in the 18-20C range. At higher temps they lose that vibrant yellow. Experience trumps literature in this case.

I live in the Florida Keys and have the same temperature range as you mentioned.
I grow the two Pink strains (djamour and salmon), Mikly, and Paddy Straw. They are do well in the 80 to 90 degree temps.
If you acquire cultures of these strains - do NOT put them in the refrigerator -- they will not survive. Keep them 65 to 75 for long term storage.

Pinks and yellows for the summer. You should be able to grow mushrooms year round in the UK. Track your temps/humididty this year to get an idea of what to grow when. Rotate through the oysters over the year and add in shiitake and namenko, lions mane, ect.
Do you have a misting system?
Do you heat in the winter?

I have temperature and humidity sensors, albeit not very sophisticated but will start tracking from now to get a clearer picture.
Misting system - not yet, I was expecting to manually mist at the beginning but purchasing/building a misting system would not be out the question if it is worth it.
In terms of heat there is no heating in the main greenhouse area, so just the frost protection of the glass (2-4 degrees approx.) in the winter. I do use some heat in a smaller propagation space, which is basically another small glasshouse inside the larger one, insulated with bubble wrap with a tube heater on a timer, fan heater on a thermostat and a light on timer to increase the day length.
There is some space I could use at the bottom of this that is currently not used, it would be a much smaller crop but definitely usable.

I'm afraid not as it is a non fruiting culture.

Who says it won't fruit? Care to elaborate...?
