Good postworkout/calorie booster foods

Hey,
So I am getting back into working out and looking for suggestions on things to add to my diet to boost calorie and provide substance for weight/muscle gain.
My go to morning and late night food is a mixture of different cereals (whole grain, natural) and 2.5 cups provide 1,000 calories. This is pretty good and easy, I like the taste of it and it seems healthy.
Anything else that is healthy and easy to throw in a diet to add on lbs?

It really depends on how clean you want your bulk to be. If you just want to gain weight, then smash the high calorie foods: Fried chicken, ice cream, pasta, bread etc. I was able to put on 85lbs in just 5 months eating high calorie foods. Some fat inevitably came with the muscle, but my muscle mass was permanently higher after that. If you want a cleaner bulk, however, then lower carb foods are better. Nuts, lentils and chickpeas are all very high in protein. Avocado is a good source of fat. Eggs have both fat and protein, throwing the occasional omelette into the diet helps boost calories. Dairy, if you are not lactose intolerant, is great for gaining weight. Squats+milk is an old standby that a lot of people use to get bigger.
If you want to get bigger, you eat more, it's fairly simple, what isn't quite as easy is getting bigger while staying lean.

I do a chocolate hemp protein, whole milk, banana, and peanut butter. Kind of splits the line between clean and dirty, but one those a day, sized for desired calorie intake has done wonders.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. 85 lbs.... wow man!
Ya, I'm trying to put it on relatively clean but fat+muscle would be ok for my body. I definitely have room for some extra fat I just like to eat healthy in general but you gave some good suggestions to do both.
Avocado, Eggs, that chocolate peanut butter shake... I'll try implementing all those.
Also gonna make some almond/peanut butter Jelly sandwiches to store in fridge and have on hand ready to go.

Post workout, have a big protein shake and add peanut butter, as much as depending how many extra calories you want.
