Just some pics.

First pic. One on left has yeast. One on right is healthy myc. Second pic is close up of yeast. Notice the yellow spots. Hope this helps

I´m not sure exactly what to look fore, the myecilium(or yeast) looks pretty simpler in my eyes, they are however not as trained yet as is yours.

In the jar on the left picture and in the close up picture, I can see that som of the grains are not fully covert with mycelium, and grains are yellow so in that way I do see some yellow spots.... If that is not what you mean, then I am sorry to tell that I can not see any yellow spots

Update:

I spawned the jars today, nothing bad to report so far :-)
The spawns further course can be followed here
