One pic is one of my lemon balms and the other is 1 or my tomatoes.
Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it.
I was suspecting blight.

Tomato definitely looks like blight. Typically you can avoid this by drip-irrigating your tomatoes, as the spores are kicked up from the soil by falling droplets when you water.
Doesn't look too serious, though.
You can pick up some safe sprays to deal with what's already infected, but make sure not to use them when the sun is beating on the plants.
The lemon balm just looks like slugs or something are snacking on the leaves.

Looks like blight on the tomato. Have you tried any fungicidal sprays? Ask the people at the gardening store they can probably recommend one.

Have you tried cinnamon water mixed with either clove or tea tree oil? Works really well up north where it tends to get cold and damp. Good for most everything.

Looks like fungus. Too many days of rain over here and my rose bush was full of that stuff. Sprayed it down with neem. Now it los all its leaves.

I'll tell you one thing,we had a bad case of something that looked like that a couple years back, and it wiped out my whole garden, and destroyed all my outdoor cannabis!
It was all over the trees, weeds, gardens, houseplants, you name it.
It was an epidemic.
I really don't think that shit was natural either

What I would do is use a systemic fungicide. This is permeate all through the plant. Now I personally wouldn't use this, I would look at the reasons why this is happening. Usually the growing environment. -What is your soil like? Does it get fresh green manure crops turned into it yearly, or compost, lime (Calcium) and Magnesium added?
-Is the soil friable and free draining while holding on to enough water to not dry out quickly?
-Crop rotation every year?
