Help Identify possible Panaeolina Foe.

http://http://http://Habitat:
Hey all, new member to the site, although I have looked through a few forums before on here. Quick ident. question:
I live in SE North Carolina, it has been raining lot this week and I found these guys in my lawn. I have a Mycology book, book however, it is hard to identify these guys with just one picture in the book or a few on Google. I have looked around and I think it looks like panaeolina foenisecii. I am in no way experienced in identifying mushies and would like to know the name of the fungi and if it is psychoactive?

Gills:
the immature ones have a white color, more mature have dark brown, attached gills, the older ones have spaced out gills than the younger.

Stem:
The stem looks to be an average length of 1 in (I dont have a ruler), has a stringy, woody texture, weak stem.

Cap:
brown cap, Older ones are more "flayed out" the younger have a rounded cap,

Spore print color:
I am doing a spore test now, hopefully tomorrow I can add a picture

Bruising:
possibly some dark colored bruising, it is hard to tell since it was muddy when I picked and the dirt is clinging onto the stem

I am having issues enlarging your pics, but those are not Panaeolina foenisecii from what I can see, maybe an Inocybe sp judging from what I can see.
