You can throw them into a SGFC.

1. put a lid on that tray so CO2 buildup happens.
2. once the whole thing is white, throw it in your preferred fruiting chamber. Most around here seem to prefer monotubs, SGFCs, and GH's. Here are some links about them. I left out greenhouse links cuz I figured it'd be a little overkill for you this early on in the hobby.
Monos: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20307891#20307891 http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/8231041/fpart/1/vc/1 (obviously you are just using the mono as a fruiting chamber so you could just throw your tray in the tote with the holes cut in it and poly. There is no need to make liners and shit if you plan to use your monos to fruit trays)
SGFC: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20195542#20195542
and idk your setup or anything but after you are done with this grow you can really easily throw cakes in there or make whole monos or whatever. The link in my sig (click me if you like to learn) gives a WHOLE hell of a lot of info of more that helps. That said, they are just mushrooms and they fruit like weeds. Lots of people on here would have you believe growing cubes is super complicated but it isnt...straight up its simple and if you give them their conditions they fruit.
3. Once the tray is colonized and thrown in the fruiting chamber (take off lid obviously) then you can just keep conditions at 65-80 and put a 6500k bulb on them on a 12/12 timer.
4. Eat the whole tray of fruits alone in the dark and report back what the aliens tell you.
Good luck
P.S. A substantial portion of the community use the reverse mono where you keep the bottom holes stuffed tight and the top holes loose and run a fan. Some get banging flushes with this method and ironed poly and stuff. I have had all my best flushes by just not running a fan and leaving my poly super loose and if it dries out I just give it a mist.
Happy shroomin

Oh here is a video just in case you have trouble reading and attention span and stuff like that, and are more kinestethic/visual learner. Make sure to watch part 3 of the BRF tek. It's free on a computer. http://www.mushroomvideos.com/BRF-Pf-Tek

Greenhouses work but there isn't much point in him building a greenhouse if he is just starting growing. They will fruit just as well (if not better) in an sgfc/properly dialed in mono. A GH can cost upwards of 100 or more bucks to build. A mono/sgfc is maybe 15 tops if you have to buy everything new including a drill bit. The tray is already colonizing and will be ready to fruit in a week or so.

The green house in this pic is only like 20-30bucks at home depot. easy to assemble.

Plus the humidifiers/fans/timers, dialing it in, etc. I am not saying greenhouses are bad at all. I am planning on building one when i move later this month. I'm saying that this guy is new and just because you have a greenhouse doesn't mean it's a good idea for him to invest a bunch of time and money trying to dial it in and get setup when he needs it in less than a week. Cool GH though.
OP if you are interested in building a greenhouse as the above poster mentioned here are some of my favorite GH teks I've seen. http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/13229947/page/2 http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19148930 http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/16481462 http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/16956010#16956010 http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/18322939#18322939

I think you both make good points. Since he is still beginning he should take the simple approach to get his mushies. However, it never hurt anyone to do things right from the beginning. OP, if you are serious about this hobby have the money to invest I would build a GH because it will payoff. If you are unsure/nervous/not serious then I would use a SGFC.

I'm sorry but claiming that a GH is the "right" way to grow cubes is just silly. The fuckers eat shit and grow like weeds. The main advantage to a GH when growing cubes is that you have the options of lots of different experiments and variety. I can grow twice as many cubes in the space a 4 tier GH takes up with stacked monos though.
Shit if he wanted he could just ditch the fruiting chamber all together http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21288129
There is more than one way to skin a cat. The best way is the way that works best for you OP. Read and research
