So I had this substrate that contaminated in my greenhouse this morning. Its a 6qt shoebox filled 4" with coir and cased with 50/50+. I took the sub out of the lined container because it actually side pinned even with a liner . It contaminated because my timer broker in the middle of the night (Ive had it for 8 years) and the ultrasonic soaked the sub directly below it leavinf a pool of water on it and the lid of the tray it was on. Trich was inevitable, but while moving it outside and admiring the still very many pins, I noticed one pin that stood out.

Is it worth trying to clone this pin with the trich there and would the leucisism(sp?) Carry over or is this just a fluke of some sort?

Probably due to grow conditions. Will most likely turn brown as it grows.

Yea It looks like it just hasn't quite gained the pigment in the cap yet, this happens sometimes.
