How bad off am i with these blood test figures?

So i recently had a stay at a detox facility where a blood test was run. Just curious about my numbers here. All were in range except the following:
Glucose: 64 (normal range is 70-110) GGT: 91 (normal is 7-51) B/C ratio: 21.1 (normal is 12-20) Potassium: 3.4 (normal is 3.5-5.5) Total Bilirubin: 1.6 (normal is 0.1-1.3) AST(SGOT): 261 (normal is 0-37) ALT(SPGT): 251 (normal is 0-40) Platelet: 119 (normal is 140-415)
I'm most concerned with the ast/alt numbers and glucose. The former liver enzyme numbers are obviously due to my alcohol intake prior to my visit to this facility, but how bad are these numbers really?

http://www.m.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/alanine-aminotransferase-alt Personally I would go in for another after being sober about a week but the elevated levels (as stated on the site point to signs of liver damage OR test showing skewed results from substance use)

That blood glucose number is only a bit low. I wouldn't worry about it, especially if you hadn't eaten in a while. I think it's caused by the detox.

Your numbers indicate that you have been abusing alcohol and are damaging your liver. You will die a painful death if you continue drinking longterm. The actual creatinine number would give a better picture than the B/C ratio, if you have it. You probably have alcoholic hepatitis. Your other numbers could indicate you are a little nutrient deficient, also probably because of your alcohol habits. But those numbers aren't a big deal.

After some research, it appears that those with alcoholic hepatitis have an ast/alt ratio around 2:1. While my numbers are very high, they are close to one another. My creatinine number is 0.9, which appears to be in range. Yes, daily alcohol usage has clearly impacted my liver. I have'nt had a drop since being admitted to the hospital, but staying away is proving very hard and the cravings are much.

Hepatitis just means inflammation of the liver. Call it whatever you want. One thing we can agree on is that your alcohol use is putting your liver through hell. That's the most likely cause, unless you have hep C or something. You don't use IV drugs do you?
I watched one of my good friends take his last breath. He was 47, a 20+ year alcoholic who contracted hep C from IV meth sometime in his late 30's. He finally got sober when he was about 40, but he'd done so much damage from alcohol that the hep C didn't take long to kill him. He never got to see his son get married or his grandson born.

Sorry to get all doom and gloom.
Anyways, I was just thinking, this being the shroomery, that I'd ask you if you'd considered trying a psychedelic enhanced therapy for your drinking?
Just thought I'd throw that out there. I know nothing about you. Interpreting lab numbers depends not only on the numbers, but the person, and their unique history attached to them.

While i do trip on occasion and will likely be doing such this weekend to welcome summer, what i believe to keep me away from drinking with the greatest efficacy are the people in my life who care for me. I'm not discounting the potential ov psychedelic agents in the treatment ov addiction, but i feel that my best approach for abstaining from alcohol is an unselfish one. With the strong intuition that i am going to die relatively young anyway, i would have no problem with continuing to drink were it not for the desires ov those who love me to abstain.
I'm sorry to hear about your friend. That must have been very troubling for you and those around him.

It happened 10 years ago.
Sounds like a great plan! Living for others is a great way to stay healthy and motivated, and maybe even happy. After I didn't die in my 20's like my own intuition told me, I found motivation in a similar way.
