Methods to grow QUICKLY?

First post here. Never done a grow before.
I'm in a bit of a time crunch; I have until July 22nd to do a full grow. My syringes should arrive in the next 5 days.
Is there any way to make the grow time as fast as possible? I plan on using a Whole Brown Rice substrate and a peat moss/coir casing. Perhaps I just use less Whole Brown Rice so the spores colonize the entire jar more quickly?
(note, I know vermiculite is better, but I'm not looking to use it for a few reasons even though it may be easier and more effective for a first timer)

It is possible to get fruits from spores by july 22nd but if time is an issue you may want to wait. I know when I put myself under immense pressure by setting due dates, things don't ever seem to work out as planned.

use quarter pint jars to speed things up, should shave off a week or more.

Don't cut any corners, practice sterile technique. Since it's your first time don't make one jar and expect to succeed, make 5-10 and hope to have half do not contaminate. Practice sterile technique.. 70% ISO alcohol, still air box. Read some more (on teks, veteran member grows). If your in it for the long run buy a pressure cooker that can hold quart size jars and get into agar. Practice sterile technique.. Read some more. Smoke a bowl. Read some more.
Basically in these next 5 days you should be reading your ass off, building a still air box (SAB) figuring out what tek you will be using for your grow. Getting all materials needed to start the grow. And pretty much have everything just about ready for the arrival of your spores. I only recommend that because you are setting a dead line.
Anyways don't stress out if contams happen, shit happens. Have fun, be safe, don't tell nobody about your operation!!

I hadn't actually heard of a Still Air Box until right now, it wasn't in any of the "guides" I have read so far. Doesn't look too difficult, regardless. As of lately my biggest concern has been (assuming I get the jars to colonize with no contaminates) figuring out what's the best way to keep my mushrooms in high humidity in a sterile environment.

The fruiting process is non sterile so don't worry about it. If going pf-tek route build a shotgun fruiting chamber. If going bulk route build a monotub.
A still air box is a definite must for sterile tek, make sure you build a nice sized one.

Violet Tek is specifically for brown rice and grass seed. Having used it, I can say it was considerably faster than a suboptimal PF grow.
Use her "grain petri" tek and inoculate on both sides of the petri (2pt.) Should colonize within 20 days or less from spore syringe. It has the added benefit of not requiring a fruiting chamber. I have had the best pinsets from invitro grows. You don't have to use plastic containers either, glass quart, pint, or tall half-pints will work. If you do use plastic, betty crocker twist tops from dollartree are only 50c each. Timings gonna be very close though.
Personally I believe this method also produces the nicest fruits. If you choose to use standard vtek, do a 4pt inoculation and shake when you get 4 bright white stripes. It should complete colonization about 4-5 days after that.
P.S. This method requires a pressure cooker, as does any whole grain grow. If you don't have one, that's basically what PF tek is for. Smaller PF tek containers will help speed up the process, but V-tek is definitely faster.
