Was looking for ovoids found these little guys. Could they be???

Habitat: Eastern US (VA) by a creek, in grass outside a line of Japanese knot wood
Gills Brown/cinnamon
Stem White with dark bruising .
Cap Some tan to brown. Some completely dark blue/ black Ranges
Spore print color: Waiting on a better one
Bruising: Blue/green/black
Other information: Scent reminds me of weilii. Strange smell

Im not sure but they remind me of Psyathyrella. Nice finds though.

All over. Especially the caps. Some were blue in the ground. Stems are bruising too. I can post better pictures later. There were hundreds. I got about 50 or so. What do you think? Don't worry I don't plan on eating them.

Looks mostly like Panaeolina foenisecii.
I honestly can't see any resemblance of blueing in your pictures. Which doesn't surprise me. None of these are psychoactive.

Those look a lot like the Panaeolus feonsicii I find around here.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate it. I just love learning about all types of mushrooms. So, there have been some cases of active Pan. foenisecii before, however now they have concluded that they are not active? Is that correct?

P. foenisecii is not active. correct.
