Get some higher quality pictures, and give us some general information.
The only way to expect someone to ID mushrooms, with absolutely no information given, is if you have perfect pictures.

Still need more info man. Where are you locate, what you find them on, what's the print colour etc etc...
It's exceedingly difficult to ID from pictures alone and nobody is going to recommend you eat them from a picture ID alone. We need info, info, and more info.
They're likely not edible as 9/10 amateur finds are not.

The spore print is black and other than that I found them randomly behind some housing projects. There's black ink around the grass which they were found. Oddly enough they didn't grow on any type of "dung". First time finding these kind actually

If there's ink around where you found them they could likely be a coprinoid species, which you do not want to eat.

There is very little chance that you're going to get a positive identification from the meagre information submitted.
Try getting a decent close up shot of the mushrooms before you pick them. It is also important that you read up on mushrooms growing in your general area, so you'll know better where to look for what you're after.

Why have you spent so much time taking and uploading pics.
Heres the problem: WE NEED INFORMATION.
What were they growing from, wood, shit, grass, soil?
What color are there spores? (When you collect fresh mushrooms, you need to take a couple of them and remove the cap, place them face down on a white piece of paper, so as it dries, it releases spores, which we can identify by color)
Its too late dude, you needed to take pics when they were fresh, not all dried up. You need to give the basic information which i listed above, its not hard.
You might as well throw that shit away because nobody will be able to help you. Get some fresh specimens, take pics, and record the general information, and a TI (trusted identifier) will be able to tell you EXACTLY what species of mushrooms you find.

Yes most common agaricus are edible, however gill color is important as you will find some around the house or in ditches or urban areas with pink gills and these should be avoided or more importantly any yellow staining agaricus should be avoided. No psychedelic value.
