Let them grow until it's obvious they are aborts. That's what I learned.

Just depends... sometimes they grow super fast, other times slower. But I would say under a week from pins to harvest...

They look okay to me. Keep an eye on them and if they show noticeably slow/no growth compared to their neighbors, give em a little poke with your finger. Aborts will get soft and soggy and you want to pull em before they get much past that point.

So, there must be a reason theyre growing slow...to much fanning and not enough water?

Idk, I spend like 30hrs/wk studying mycology but never really dove too deep into why certain fruits abort. I've had some that aborted because they were too damp, others abort because they're too dry, and some abort (or open their veils) when they're only an inch tall-- all the while growing next to healthy fruits on the same cake. Usually I just shrug it off, it's no big deal in the grand scheme of things, given I even pick healthy pins by accident all the time, attached to the base of mature fruits.

There's just way too many factors that can affect growth speed. Genetics, FC conditions, spawn, FAE, humidity... I've learned the limits of my patience and instead of getting more patience, I just started more grow projects
