how long can one wait to innoc. with an atl#7 plate?

have several atl#7 plates made from spores, they look fine and have grown all the way to the edge. I was able to use several to liquid innoc a few bags, but I had a lot goin on, and the rest have been left to chill in my incubator. It's been two weeks since they reached the edge, any chance these are still worth using? I've heard sclerotia producers can put out tiny stones on plates, but I have no idea and was curious

I would transfer to a new plate but if you're good you shouldn't have any issues using the full plates. Next time throw em in the fridge at 3/4.

If you pour your plates thick and wrap well you can easily store for 6 months refridgerated

Remember it's best to make transfers as soon as growth appears to new plates.  It will keep your contam rate down.  Never xfer mycellium from the edge either.
