This is the link I'm going off of, my question is that knowing I have to flame outside the box inbetween inocs do I let the air settle for a while again? and do I have to alcohol my hands after doing this every time cause that would cause wind disturbances too

I always recommend people let the air settle for about 30 seconds every time bringing your hands back into the SAB. Also allows time for your tools to cool

you don't have to alcohol your hand at all they're never going to touch anything sterile and never should be above sterile media. you can wear gloves and use alcohol as a precaution and it help you out every once and a while if you accidentally were sloppy.
once the air has settled(1 minute but it's less time than that) you go to work. settled air creates a substantial amount of drag on new moving air any any particles. you're fine to just keep working, there's not too complicated of directions for using a SAB because it's very simple it works and it's proven effective. you just need sterile technique IE proper choreographed movements with great dexterity which is a skill which takes practice and persistence not reading or contemplating.
there's lots of videos on here and on youtube of doing things in a SAB too you can watch,. some of them are even quite sloppy but that's the power of a SAB you can get away with a little less than absolute perfect technique, unlike a flow hood where you need to be really on top of sterile technique since you're dealing with flowing air.

Stick your hands in and slowly say your ABC's, then begin work

After spraying the walls of the sab how long after doing that do I have to wait to start working? Like how long do I have to let the soapy water and iso settle in the sab before working in it? I can't remember if it was 10 minutes or 15
