I have no idea what you're on about mate, but I would imagine that you're trying to pressure cook the syringe with water still inside of it. Am I mistaken?

Personally I buy per-sterilized, or do it similarly to a spore syringe
1.) I bring water to a boil 2.) Let it boil for 10 minutes 3.) Remove it from the range/oven (it's electric so it's still hot) 4.) Fill the syringe, and empty it about 10 times, leaving it full on the 11th draw. 5.) Let the syringe cool. 6.) Flame sterilize the needle, and empty the sterilized water into nearby dish before drawing up the LC into the syringe.

Yeah I've seen it boil away. That's why I sterilize water in a jar and do my blank syringes either separately in a jar or wrapped in foil. They seem to be able to take the heat. Scrape/swab spores and put them in the sterile water in the jar and then draw it in with the sterilized syringes. For spore prints anyway.
For lcs you shouldn't need water in the syringe to begin with.

I bought steri-packed syringes; box of 100 BD 10ml cost me something like $20, and I don't think I'll ever need to buy them again. Same with a 100 pack of 16ga needles. When I need sterile water, I just take a 1/2pt jar of d-i water with a self-healing port in the lid and put it in the PC with a run of something else. That way I can just put it all in my SAB and draw up as many syringes as I need.
