Ideas on Re-Inoculation...?

Ok, heres the deal.
Approximately 1 month ago, I inoculated 5 items. 1. Straw/Hpoo bag (1poundish) 2. Rye Grain bag (1poundish) 3. BRF bag (1poundish) 4. Popcorn Grain bag (1poundish) 5. BRF jar
All items were inoculated with 1 syringe from **********. Item 1 has signs of light mycelium or cobweb mold, I cant tell yet, its early. Item 2-3 Have shown absolutely NO SIGNS of growth, no mycelium, no contamination. Item 4-5 Have good growth. Item 4 is 100% done and very healthy, im going to prepare that tomorrow in a mini tub with some coco. Item 5 is close to 50% colonized, and appears to be healthy.
So...as you can see, about 2cc of Multispore solution was injected into each, and 3/5 of the Items have absolutely nothing to show.
I just so happened to have an extra syringe laying around from a more respectible, higher quality source: ***************. So I re-inoculated Item 1-3 with around 3.3cc each.
I have a couple Q's and would be greatful for random input.
1: Can Cobweb Mold grow on Straw & Hpoo? It is clearly on both the straw and Hpoo in a small area. 2: If it is cobweb mold on the Straw & Hpoo, does the mycelium stand a good chance, if these new spores work, which they should? (Cobweb a weak competetor on this substrate?) 3: Since these have been sitting around for about 1 month, is contamination risk higher? (id guess so, but ive used sterile conditions to inoculate)
4: Anyone have any past experience doing the same thing I have done? Re-inoculation?
-Thanks everyone- Atleast I have a Popcorn Grain bag done and healthy. (WOW popcorn grain colonizes quickly, strongly)

1. It can and I doubt it's on yours. 2. Not at all. It'd be fully colonized in a day from initial growth if it was cobweb. 3. Yes. Very much so. Wouldn't be surprised if you've got some bacteria going right now 4. No none at all lol
Popcorn may have won this time. Next time it could be rye. You just have aggressive genetics in the popcorn bag. That's how it is. Either that or review the prep next time. In fact lots of people say popcorn is very inferior.

I would never inoculate a straw/hpoo bag with ms. Too easy to contam.
I'd mix 4-5 together and wait until fully colonized, spawn to the straw/hpoo. I'm really careful when using straw and hpoo so I'd make sure that you have at least 50:50 spawn:sub. (My opinion is not the norm )
I've used re-inoculation successfully recently as several of my PE jars showed no growth after a few weeks. The new ms - Huautla - is working fine.
Eventually everything will contam, no matter how careful your sterile procedures. Good luck!
