Ive heard all kinds of stuff like staying out of the sun and changing your diet off of solid foods also mediation for hours a day. I found all kinds of people claiming to have access to their bodies natural DMT by doing all kinds of weird shit. Google and see what you come across. I always thought the claims sounded far fetched.

The biggest thing you can do to get where you want to get is a daily meditation practice. Start with 15 minutes a day for a week, then 30 minutes a day and so on and so forth. If you stay persistent, you will see results possibly in the first few days. Don't expect to trip face but with practice, one can achieve some pretty incredible states of consciousness. The key to successful meditation is to literally, not care about anything. Drop your thoughts about everyday life, relationships, work, etc. and just relax your body by counting your breaths. A relaxed mind will follow. Good luck!

You actually do want to sungaze... Google HRM sungazing that dude grew his pineal and gets most of his energy from the sun. Mantak Chia does the Dark Room meditation/retreat that supposedly encourages endogenous dmt and maoi production.
I hear skatefish oil or cod liver oil is best for pineal decalcification.
Drinking good water might be good. Findaspring.com

All readable matter in the above post is ficticious... any similarities to real life are purely coincidental. Blessing.

Start with Sam Harris' guided meditations. You can find them online on his website. I would say do that twice a day for a while. "waking up" by Sam Harris, as well as "10% happier" by Dan Harriss both help immensely. Feel free to PM me. If you have the interest and drive to do it, I HIGHLY reccomend it. If it effects you the same way that it effected me, your life before and after it will be like two different realms of existence

If you haven't looked into seeing a therapist, I don't think that would be such a bad idea. Perhaps just talking deeply with friends/family, try to get at what causes your anxiety.
Meditation, better sleep, diet, and exercise are all good recommendations for getting out of a funk. If you have never heard of primal/paleo diet I would recommend looking into it. Its amazing what can happen to a mind/body/soul when you start to figure out the best way to fuel it. Hope this helps.

Try a sensory deprivation tank if you need a little extra boost and help to get that mind slowing down. They are a bit nerve racking at first, but once you get comfortable, they are very useful in neditation.

Yeah most cities have them. Here is a great link to find some near you. Prices vary but usually range from 40 to 60 bucks for an hour session. http://www.where-to-float.com/usa/ They are definitely worth doing at least once. Pretty interesting experience. Have fun!

Well here's some easy advice. No one thinks about you like you think about you. Meaning everyone else is thinking about themselves like you think about yourself. They're far to busy to be thinking about you and if they are they're not thinking about you like you're thinking about yourself. Ask yourself how much time a day do you spend thinking of others like you think about yourself?
The world isn't made of people it's made of I's. Everyone thinks as others as people very different from themselves. But everyone thinks as theirself as an I. There are no people only I's. When you're talking to someone and you just feel like "little old me" or "just me" and you think of them as a person well most likely they feel the same way you do.
The more expectations you have of how you think "people" and the world(your environment) around you should be the more bad days you will have. If you slowly learn to drop your expectations because you have almost no control over other people and the world everyday is a great day.
Life isn't something that is happening to you it's something you're a part of. In short you're not living a life you are life!

I want to try meditation but don't know where to start. You all have such incredibly intelligent responses and this is why I love this place.
I have a goal to continue Arnold Schwarzzeneggers legacy, I truly believe this. To be one of the greatest aesthetic bodybuilders ever. I know it's deep within me but don't know how to achieve it, my anxiety hinders me a lot. I'm not trying to be sound cocky please don't take it as an arrogant statement.
I have so much fear and doubt that I HAVE BEEN successfully pushing past but slowly and not in the way I want. (If I'm not making sense im sorry this is just a bit difficult to elaborate on).
I refuse to take medication as I only have anxiety and I know this can be beaten without harmful meds.
I believe throughly in the law of attraction, I have a fresh batch of DMT, and after watching Joe rogan and Jim Carey's speeches upon this subject, I believe it may be the way to some (not all) answers.
Be back later for more!

Can the pineal gland be activated without the use of DMT? According to the website I read, it says it will only happen once in a life time, which most likely occurs at death for most people. But can this "third eye" stay completely opened without the chemical DMT? Or is it just something we need to experience to thrive forward in the current dimension of life we see?
