Possible Panaeolus cinctulus?

Hey everyone! I found these in my yard yesterday and would like your feedback and/or help identifying these. I am in the Northern KY area. It has been raining quite heavy the past few days and I just noticed these today. I actually found about 10 or so different types growing around the yard, but these caught my eye as possible Panaeolus cinctulus, but I am new to this. The house is only 4 years old and in a new/growing suburb and the lawn took quite some time to grow. I just moved in, but I know the previous owners had a lot of work done to make the lawn grow and they mentioned the "mushroom problem." However, I didn't think anything of it. These grew in small groups around the yard.
Gills: Gills all seem to be a medium to dark brown color.
Stem: Stems varied in thickness, but they were all hollow. Color varied from tan to brown down the stem.
Cap: These all look pretty young so they were rather conical. There seemed to be some sort of band on each, but they varied. All caps were tan to brown.
Spore print color: Spore prints seemed pretty dark, if not black, but I have never made one so it's rather poor.
Bruising: No bruising that I am aware of.
I've included several pictures. Some could be different species, but they all looked rather similar. Like I said, I'm new to this so I apologize for not having the best descriptions or information. Thanks for your help!

IMO...they look like foes to me...print looks dark brown....possibly some cincts mixed in. Wait for a TI, though.

They are all Panaeolus (Panaeolina) castaneifolia or P. foenisecii.

Are either of those active at all? Or edible? Sorry, if that is a stupid question...I'm getting mixed answers researching....

Not active, not poisonous and contains chitin (Same stuff as insect exosekeletons) and may cause indigestion or maybe they will just taste bad. As long as you are willing to learn no question is stupid.
