You do realize to compare to A. pediades he will need microscopy, right?  Though given the macro and habitat that seems likely, but without looking at the spores and gill face for pleurocystida the op is not going to be able to check for other taxa....

Still Agrocybe, probably pediades, what do the spores look like?  100% NOT active.

Maybe an herbicide or pesticide that some small drops hit, or maybe some sort of mutation? That is almost certainly not due to the presence of active compounds, if that is what you were wondering, this mushroom is an Agrocybe.

Most active species are not associated with dung and there are many more fungi species associated with dung that are not active than those that are active.
