Any mold experts? Mysterious Green Mold

I had bunch of aquarium equipment that was being stored in a large, sealed bag that spent a while in a friend's basement. Inside, a green mold developed - mostly on cardboard, but for the most part, there is a little bit everywhere.
I have a few questions, and any help is appreciated.
1. This is probably not a Trichoderma mold, and is much more likely to be aspergillus (or something else). Are than any ways to tell without a microscope? (I will say, it is a familiar, somewhat irritating smell). 2. If it is trichoderma, I understand (from Wikipedia) there are a variety of species, not all of which typically infest projects. Does this mean I probably don't have to worry? 3. Since it was not being used for anything else, I was planning on using this aquarium equipment to make a PMP. I can easily sanitize most of the equipment, but the airpumps themselves cannot be submerged (nonetheless boiled). Is it adequate to give them a good washing with disinfectant?

I'd suggest ditching the aquarium setup and build a proper SGFC if you're doing cakes. That's just my opinion.

I want to put it to use simply because it is not being used for hydroponics, and I want the experience. Not to mention, as much as people criticize pmp's, the number one criticism seems to be that you have to buy the equipment.

Also, is there an easy way to move this to the contamination section? It would be a much more appropriate location.

Ummm my number one critcism would be the crappy FAE but I really prefer my mushrooms to not suffocate.

This. The PMP is just an inferior design compared to a plastic tub with some holes in it.

Said criticism was what led to me using a pump with about .25 cfm capacity - I may have to adjust it down.
Regardless, if I contaminate my cakes with trichoderma, FAE will be the least of my concerns.

Soap and water is the solution. Fully colonized cakes are very contam resistant. I will caution you that automated systems are very finicky, difficult to dial in. Some have been successful but are the exception not the rule.

Throwing crap away and getting shitty yields isn't what I'd call fun.

Well then fill your boots. In the meantime I will grow me some mushrooms in a passive and easy to dial in chamber

You can try to make the wrong way work, but why not try to make the good way better?
