Small fruits and disintegrating veils on previously decent isolate. What's wrong?

I've got a monotub fruiting with a previously tested isolate. My yields were never the greatest with this particular isolate but it's always been a fast colonizer with decent sized fruits and nice potency.
I just made this monotub up a while ago by transfering from my master slant, to agar (twice to make sure it was clean) and then to grain before spawning to coir/verm/gypsum.
My fruits are maturing at a smaller size than I'm used to and the veils aren't tearing in their usual manner, they're disintegrating.
Any ideas of what might be wrong?

Not enough RH or FAE is all I can think man. Try adjusting the polyfil on your tub thatll prolly help ya out a bit. I had that same problem when I first started growing. I moved to a GH nd never had them problems again, now I have them from the end of my finger tips to half way down my fucking arm they are huge!! Best of luck man -Kushroom

IME if it was a lack of FAE I'd have a lot of aerial myc and if there were too little humidity I'd have bluing and or cracking/splitting on my caps. I've also had my tub in indirect sunlight.
I haven't changed any of my growing parameters that I can think of. I've got my monotub set up the same as I always do.

If it's a proven isolate and you have a general idea of what to expect then the cause has to be environmental, whether it be fruiting conditions or substrate. I know where I live my ambient rh and temp fluctuates depending on the time of year which could be a factor especially when dialing in a monotub.

I was wondering if it's possible that my isolate was damage during storage. It got pretty cold on several occasions, probably around 0C to -2C.
I haven't been able to find anything via the search engine but I seem to recall reading about isolate degradation before.

I've just gone through a tub with similar problems, though I used MS. Tiny fruits. The veils would break long before the cap flattened and I would pick them, worrying that I'd end up with spores everywhere.
What I learned was that: 1.According to a TC my sub was probably too wet. 2.On my own I found that if I let these mushrooms keep growing, many would get MUCH larger before flattening out.
