Fully colonized jars don't look fully colonized after shaking?

Okay guys I have a few rye grain jars that were fully colonized, COMPLETELY white with healthy, fluffy mycelium. I shook them, and after all the grains were seperated, each individual rye grain only looked 50% covered in white mycelium.
The jars recovered from this and became completely white again. I shook them again, and the grains looked brown once again, appearing to only be 50% colonized.
They once again recovered (this mycelium is proving to be very healthy and speedy), and the jars looked overflowing with mycelium. A third time I shook them, and once again they are brown again. I have some pictures below but only after the shake. They were fully colonized before the shakes, several shakes ago but I still feel like it needs more time to grow. What do you guys think.
Have a look at Frank's spawn tek http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17447797#17447797
When he is creating the monotub he shows a picture of him holding a fully colonized jar, then next to that picture is a picture of several already-shaken rye jars, and they look only half colonized which is the same problem I am worrying about in this post.
BASICALLY what I'm asking is, I shook my fully colonized jars, and they fully recovered, about 3 times already. But every time I shake, the rye ends up looking as if it's not fully colonized. Is it ready to spawn?

You should really only shake em once, when they are about 30% colonized. After they are colonized and shaken to be broken up and spawned they will always look like uncolonized grains. Totally normal

If they were fully colonized, why did you shake them so many times.
The only reason to shake and recover more than once is if a jar looks suspicious.

it would be pretty silly to think that a fully colonized jar after a shake just because it doesn't look fully colonized anymore that all the white stuff is somehow magically gone. they're still colonized..

Thanks. I previously made the mistakes of not shaking enough, and getting a solid clump that lead to failure, and I also spawned my jars when they weren't fully colonized, thinking that they were. I just wanted to be more thorough this time around, and my jars honestly look a lot healthier, and recovered very quickly and are ready to go.
My freshly pasteurized verm/coir sub is cooling down right now, and the monotubs are all ready and waiting to be filled

Clumps shouldn't cause failure I get them all the time break them with your hands when you spawn

Long story short, let's just say my first attempt, straight to grains, was a failure. Rye too moist, clumps not colonizing properly, did a G2G but led to contam due to shitty impatient rye preparation. Learned my lesson, got the grain thing down, my jars are very healthy and break up nicely, perfect moisture content, recovered from shake very fast, and my bulk sub is looking good too.
I was just worried because after shaking I had doubts about full colonization, didn't realize the individual rye grains would never truly be 100% covered in myc.
