Sometimes I get bored trying to figure a whole game out not implying you didn't with that. I did till the last fallout 3 at the cave and cliff and said fuck it.
Sometime like the latest Witcher I do not know if I want more.

Is there any truth to the rumour that fallout 4 will be released for 360?

Why would you even consider that feasible? Hundreds of disparate modders with specific projects getting together to make "one big overhaul" makes no sense in the world of someone who isn't an entitled, complaining wad who needs to have their hand held through the smallest of tasks.
Skyui has it so you can go under Mod Configuration and see a list of all the mods with settings. How is that any worse than what you're proposing besides having to click one button to go between mods?

Because they shouldn't be wasting their time cramming a present day game into an obsolete console.
They are not releasing it on 360 though.
Don't buy an xbox one, get a PC worth its salt. Bethesda games especially are a far cry from their true potential on consoles.

Nope.
Quote:
Short answer: absolutely not. While code buried in the Fallout 4 website implied that Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 editions of Fallout 4 were on the way, Bethesda Softworks community manager Matt Grandstaff shut down any rumors about a last-generation release. On a NeoGAF comment thread, Grandstaff put things as bluntly as possible:
"It is not coming to 360 and PS3, the stuff we’re doing will never work there."

Would an Internet connection be necessary to play Fallout 4 on a PC?

You will need an internet connection at least upon install -- even the disc copy of the game requires you to use Steam to download the majority of the game content.
Not sure if you will need an active connection to play, as it is only a single-player game. Bethesda has announced a new Bethesda.net program, but not sure if log in will be required for each play.

damn ive never heard of a disc copy of a game requiring steam and downloading in order to install. guess they assume everyone has a highspeed internet connection but what about those who are still stuck with dial up?

I used to play world of warcraft on a dial up connection. Anything is possible
That is really weird that disc copies require downloads...is that anti piracy? I heard steam was popular because their games were hard to pirate.

there actually really easy to pirate but its pretty much pointless with games that are heavily multiplayer or require to phone home all the time.
im currently playing borderlands the pre-sequel pirated with steam.
the download requirement will probably just delay a pirated copy of fallout 4 until the day of/after release.

Naw. They require an internet connection because games are getting to the point where they're too large for the CD format. They simply can't hold the required amount of data.
Steam is popular because it's convenient, free, and allows you to effortlessly maintain a large library of games while allowing you to have the social aspect of things like playstation network and xbox live for no cost. Doesn't hurt that they regularly offer massive sales where hundreds of games get severe cuts to their asking price.
-------------------- "I have no way of knowing whether you, who eventually will read this record, like stories or not. If you do not, no doubt you have turned these pages without attention. I confess that I love them. Indeed, it often seems to me that of all the good things in the world, the only ones humanity can claim for itself are stories and music; the rest, mercy, beauty, sleep, clean water and hot food (as the Ascian would have said) are all the work of the Increate. Thus, stories are small things indeed in the scheme of the universe, but it is hard not to love best what is our own—hard for me, at least."

its called having the mods work together straight out of the bag, rather than having to use loot, skyedit5, ect and hope its right, start the game play for 20 hours, find something is wrong, and have to start over, im afraid you're just an idiot if you don't think it could all be done better. all the major mods should be combined and confirmed working together and be available as a package. Im sorry your simple mind doesn't understand how modding works and all the trouble it can cause, maybe its because your poor and not entitled enough to play PC games with mods, just keep working hard and one day you'll have the free time and money to be like me
