Hey yeah, that is true! Remember when Nintendo and Super Nintendo dominated videogames? They even changed alcoholic beverages into fizzy drinks or milk or something in English ports!

Videogames have been getting more and more violent and realistic as time passes.
If killing children and dogs is going to ruin your experience with the game just mod it.
For the rest of the 99.95% of people who play it I doubt we will care or even really notice much.
I am not pretending there isn't a connection, as others have said your logic does not make sense...
Once again you seem to think everything revolves around your opinions/ way of thinking. That is a very unhealthy thought process indeed.

here how about this, fallout 4 will be the worst game since elder scrolls online, there take that and eat it!
I don't know what point you are trying to make there? Have you played ESO at all? Have you played fallout 4 at all? Either way I don't see how you can say that.

Your selective replying and persistence is getting old.
I don't have to prove how feminism is not involved in this, you are the one making that assertion so it is your job to provide the evidence.
I and at least 1 or two others have stated we don't see the connections you are trying to make.
Why would we need real examples? You are the one with outlandish claims of feminism ruining video games

Just ignore his comments whenever he talks about feminism or nanny states, it makes no sense and he has no desire to think about it, he just wants to state his opinion... over and over again.
Anyway, yeah, Fall Out 4 baby! Did you see the E3 conference? Shit this game is going to be so friggin sweet! That build your own settlement stuff looks great, a lesser videogame would have been all about that. But in Fallout.. it's an optional part of a much larger game! That is just amazing.

Yeah as soon as I saw it I decided it was time for a new PC my crappy old laptop barely runs New Vegas with graphics low
Looks like they went pretty all out with the map which was one of my main hopes, that and the story which I imagine will be awesome.
Starting out pre war and stuff, so much cool possibilities.

I hope my PC can run it.. I can run Witcher 3 just fine so I'm pretty optimistic but I dunno if that's really a good benchmark.. Some of the E3 conference made it look pretty intensive. I don't have the money to build a new system. I mean I have no doubt I'll be able to run it at low at the very least, but who the hell wants to buy games like Fallout or Skyrim and run them at low?
Another note, I'm not sure what the pre-war aspect really adds to anything. I suppose it's just the lore? I've already built up a really good idea what the world was like pre-war just by exploring 3 and New Vegas.. I'm not really learning anything I didn't already know. One of them, I can't remember which, you go into that vault that takes you back in time and you can see it there. The pre-war portion seems to be pretty short.. Almost like if the game was brand new to us and they were letting us play the intro to explain the world we're in.

The map seems wonderful! You can look so far in the distance.. I loved that in Skyrim as well. I hope my machine can run it as well, but I'll probably need a new videocard and extra ram to get the full experience.
I have no idea how awesome the pre-war stuff is going to be, it seemed a bit short, but it is a nice touch. The juxtaposition of the bright, colourful pre-war world and the first time you step out of the vault will probably leave a powerful impression, if Bethesda's past works are anything to go by. We'll see, but damn it is going to be great!
Did you guys see how the dog interacts with the environment? Awesome. And the kill-cam looked way better, and the blood actually looked like blood instead of paint splatters You saw when he killed the molerats? That looked way more statisfying then it did in previous fall out games.

I'm really glad I found this series. It's definitely one of my all time favorite games.. I found it 100% on accident. Back when I bought it (Fallout 3) I was into online FPS and it was all that interested me. Like most the games coming out back then, I expected single player was just some bullshit thrown together and the real experience was in online play. I bought it with no research or anything. I started playing story mode to get the basics of the controls down and then went to go for the online matches.. Then learned it didn't have any. I had only spent 20 minutes on it and then went looking for the non-existent online portion. Found it out it had none, was shocked but decided I wasn't just gonna waste the money. So I decided to play through it at least once.
I think I spent all night playing a game without realizing how much time had passed for the first time since Goldeneye. I started playing it late one evening and when I finally came out of the haze and decided it was time to turn it off for the night and go to bed it was already morning. I got sucked in hard core. From that night on I've been hooked. New Vegas did the same but only becuase it was completely new in terms of areas to explore and what not. It still felt Exactly like Fallout 3. I've waited a very long time for Fallout 4. I want that experience again. I have a feeling Fallout 4 is going to be very different from 3 and NV.

Ha, cool story! I got into fallout with one of those old-timey cd-roms filled with demos, it had fallout 2 on it, it said it was a demo like all the other games, but for some reason it was the full game. Weird, but awesome.

Cool.
Pretty much any gaming thread that gets made this occurs in, and if its not that then its just general hate and despair about something the game is/does/says/about that is negative, or its just negative about those things in his view.

It's not just here, it's everywhere on the internet nowadays. No matter how irrelevant it is, there's always this asshole that has to link everything to feminism and other buzzwords these people tend to use. I stopped visiting basicly every social site on the internet, thinking that at least the shroomery would be safe from these morons.
Damn shame, really. What is it with these guys anyway? My guess is that they don't get any pussy, the same way a chick that don't get any dick becomes a crazy manhater.
The mysoginist and manhaters never realized that their perfect match was hiding behind that wall they build together...

Just look up some of his past posts.. The dude has some extremely skewed views of women. It's odd actually, he's against feminism but at the same time spends months talking to a woman who obviously doesn't want to take things past friendship and states that if a man truly loved a woman they'd just sit in the corner and watch the woman he loved fuck some other man just for the privilege of being able to sleep in the same bed as them.
He's got some kinda inter conflict going on where he puts the pussy on a pedestal and wants to also state women are beneath men.

im not the one with selective replying, i give examples and you don't. plain and simple. You say its not feminism, nanny state, ect yet you never explain why its not, the one and only person in here who did attempt this failed horribly with his example of how games have killing in them. thats why you spend countless posts mearly stating im wrong because you can't prove it and you know better than to put anything out there because you'd look dumb.
more than 1 person might agree, yet more than 1 person has yet to give a valid reason as to why im wrong, other than "there opinion is better than mine" on the subject.
at least i have examples, u just flat say im wrong and u see no connection, maybe you're just blind.
as for the girl you have no idea what your talking about

Okay, let's break it down (ooohoo! oho! oho! I got my parachute pants on)
Feminism = the social struggle for women to gain equal rights for men. The problem = you can't kill your dog or little kids in a videogame.
The connection = maybe women like, are soft? And the no kill kids is soft too. Feminism confirmed!

Listen, when people keep on telling you that they don't understand what you are talking about... maybe, just maybe, they are not trying to undermine you but honest-to-god have no idea what the fuck you are talking about. Is that so hard to understand? Can you explain the connection between not being able to kill certain individuals in a videogame, feminism, nannystates and social justice warriors?
And can you also explain why the term social justice warrior sounds so fucking cool, I want to be one kinda? It's like a golden age superhero name. "By all that is just, I come to bring civil rights for all!" woooosh!

but thats not the context that i used feminism, im talking the extremist feminism, where they go to far, beyond what is feminism, like when i gave the example of that cali law, or the countless other shit like divorces and rigged courts against men ect. Non of that has to do with EQUAL rights now does it, thats what im talking about when i say feminism anyone not trolling knows that.
so, try again.
also, maybe, just maybe if you are going to say you don't understand and pretend your being serious, you shouldn't go around calling that same person an idiot and moron and trolling them in general, its halarious what you just wrote at the end there, halarious.

I am not trolling you, you just got a persecution complex and it is making me feel ill.
What the fuck are you rambling about? Extremist feminism? Yeah sure, maybe. I guess crazy people can be found everywhere.
But WHAT DOES IT HAVE TO DO WITH DOGMEAT, A VIRTUAL DOG BUDDY IN A VIDEOGAME, BEING IMMORTAL? Why can you not answer this very simple question? People complain they can't see the connection, you ramble on how people are trolling you or are doing it on purpose, but tell me, WHAT DOES IT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING?
Come on, man.

Oh god, this is too much
I feel bad for finding this as funny as I do...
makeveli let it go man, seriously.
I have not taken the time to form a solid argument becouse from my perspective it is not necessary
You clearly find this a big issue, I find it incredibly miniscule/ unimportant.
Why would I take the time to try and convince you otherwise when you have made it clear you plan to stubbornly stick to your feminism mumbo jumbo...
Seriously? What the hell does "extreme feminism" have to do with anything here How about you try again, or not please this is getting old.
