This tub was spawned on may 20th.has been kept sealed until just taking this picture.the top was mixed well but the bottom corners and a little bit of the bottom center was not mixed as well.but still have good colonization it looks like. Any idea when I should fruit this tub?

I'd say immediately, but I'm not a monotub professional, so stand by.

Am I mistaken thinking it's colonized? Looks pretty decent as of yet.

It could go another few days, but with how colonized that tub is, it's just fine to go into fruiting. How's your lighting situation? And how are you dialing things in?

ill have a cfl lamp next to it or over it. ill fill the bottom holes tightly with poly and lightly on top. keep and eye on evaporation rings and make sure they dont get to big and things dont dry up to much. if they do ill mist lightly and fan.

well if you've got 12-14 days into it, and your tub already looks like that, you're ready to fruit since you already took the lid off.
take the tape off and stuff with poly tightly on the bottom holes, very light/barely able to stay in poly for the top holes. you want as much fae from the top holes as possible

There are differing opinions on this. Some say wait until you see pinning. This would indicate the sub is most definitely ready to rock.
That may not be necessary. I've also read that waiting for pinning before bringing in FAE can give you an uneven pinset....
Search and read the forums until you're brain feels bad and you realize you haven't done anything productive. Then decide.

that's 100% you fruit at 100%.
when the whole top is covered, that's 100%.
I would take advice from people who have grown a bulk substrate before
like yours this is at 100% this was april 29th
may 2nd you already see knots and pins.

Thank you for posting that. When my tub got to a point that looked exactly like that I for one was confused about what 100% looked like.
The spots that aren't completely white can be confusing to a beginner.

Duh! I knew that already! god!
No I get it though. The first time can be harrowing is all. Lots of unknowns at first.
