So I'm pretty sure this is a sub, just found it growing on it's own. The only thing that gives me doubt is that the stem hasn't bruised blue very much so ID would be really helpful, thanks.
Habitat: Growing amongst wood, bark and leafy debris under eucalyptus trees
Gills: Smokey yellow/cream
 Stem: White
 Cap: Dark brown
 Spore print color: In process
Bruising: Very minimal blue bruising, brown in places
I also found a piece of bark with what I assume is mycelium, is that correct? Am I able to start growing with a specimen like this? Any other info would be great, thanks

Thank you both for the ID. Do you know if there is a tek around for that grown method?
Thanks.

That is a an absolutely pro set up you have there, amazing! Did you create a spawn straight from these spore prints? https://files.shroomery.org/files/11-25/905668434-IMGP2900.jpg
I have some old spore prints from about 3 weeks ago, I thought they were just for IDing purposes, do you think it would be possible to colonise some cardboard using my old prints or are they too far gone by now?
I'm soaking some cardboard now as I type

best following Obtuse's advice and wrap a bit of damp, not wet, cardboard loosely round the bark you found and then put that in a open plastic bag in a dark, cool spot. in a few weeks you will have a sweet taco
