Kratom is as much of an opiate as methadone i.e. It's an opioid because it effects our opiod receptors, but is totally synthetic and is not a poppy derivative/opiate. A huge plus to this is it and similar like fentanyl are extremely cheap to produce.

Does Curcumin and Piperine also potentate traditional opiates?

Sorry I am confused, was that a response to something I said and if so, what?
And are you saying kratom is totally synthetic or did I misread that?

Both of those things are known to increase the effectiveness for any medication.
They're both really good to take for your overall health and well being.
I need to get some.

I Iike the reds myself, been on a Maeng da kick lately. Started opiates at 14, popping percs before I ever drank or smoke. Moved on to opana and fent. I am 31 now and been off pharmaceuticals for a couple of years now thanks to my wife and kratom. It def helps to keep the monkey off your back. Any more I stick to natural entheogens, mj, kratom, and mushrooms are all I need. Personal preference but I just don't care for anything synthetic anymore. Even lsd being semi-synthetic it's like I can tell man has had his dirty finger in there stirring around.

If it does, I might start incorporating that when I eat kratom. I can do the toss and wash pretty easily, but it's not optimal. Dr Pepper or other cola like sodas mask the taste well. But usually because I just drink down as fast as I can, I end up burping kratom taste and it makes me nauseous.
kratom smoothie is just helping me surf the kratom feels.
I honestly hate the feel of opiates(had oxy painkillers once after some dental surgery), but kratom is something I like to enjoy once and a while.

So glad to hear it! Its so amazing how much kratom can help opiate addicts. together with Ibogaine, nature has provided some amazing lifelines for opiate addicts.
Fortunately I never used any real opiates (derived from opium poppy) and I am glad because doing kratom showed me that there is no way I could handle using opiates, as I am addicted to kratom and can't imagine how badly I would be addicted on something like oxycontin or heroin.

Stem and vein is supposed to contain more of the NMDA antagonist that is in kratom. If you didn't know kratom has 40+ alkaloids in it. Rhynchophylline is a NMDA antagonist which may help with avoiding tolerance and withdraw to the opiate like effect inducing compounds.

Ive always thought that whole rumor surrounding stem and vine lowering tolerance was likely made up by vendors trying to off their stem and vine. While I have no proof of this, ive also never seen any proof proving otherwise other then reports which are likely placebo.
Oh, and kratom for the fucking win

When I looked it up I was surprised to see a lot of people saying it worked really well to avoid withdrawal and lower tolerance. It als odefinitely gives me a good high comparable to regular leaf, but it seems like I don't have the same high tolerance to stem and vein as i do for regular leaf, so its almost like the stem and vein gives me an equaol high . I will keep you posted, I will have a ten day supply of stem and vein.

I've been taking kratom everyday since I got my order, still at around two 4.5gram doses a day. The benefits are awesome and I don't even plan to take a break. Even when I am depressed kratom always seems to be something I look forward to in the morning and evening, almost like a smoker looks forward to that cigarette or whatever.
Overall, there are benefits and trade offs. The benefits are the warmth, energy, ect but the only trade off is always been awoken or waking up with minor kratom withdrawals. Like if I wake up two hours before I am supposed to wake up I can usually already feel the antsy feeling in my stomache and the anxiousness. This happened to me everytime I ordered kratom cause it has a super short half life and unless you take it an hour before you go to sleep you get minor withdrawals in the morning.

Not really useful as much as it is a cheap high. Those moments are only ever gonna be fleeting and temporary. Its far to easy to get hooked on that and lose sight of what goals are truly important to you, its way to easy to be consumed by it and start damaging your own personal wellbeing. The greatest feelings never come from drugs. Its always just a facade, a thin veneer that so easily chips and cracks away. They are fun, and they have their uses but watch yourself. Even psychedelics can fuck you up.

When I google yellow vein this comes up: Quote:
Borneo Yellow Vein Kratom is our most energetic and stimulating strain, and is obtained from the young leaves of the Borneo White Vein plant
Sounds like hype to me, also aren't older/more mature plants/ leaves supposed to be more potent?

From what I've heard, they are a bit less potent but the alkaloid makeup is a bit different. My stepmom turned me on to them, and I dig 'em.
