Casing colonization after being put in FC

So i've put my monotub into FC after letting the casing colonize roughly 20-30%. (Which i've read is the best time to introduce into FC). It seems my casing is continuing to colonize above 30% gradually to about 50+%. Is this not leading to overlay? (A big no-no ive read) Obviously it gets dark at night in my room and is warm enough for colonization as it is. So i would expect it to colonize further.. my question is, does it matter if it colonizes further after being put into FC? My tub is dialed quite good IMO. (Bottom snug, top loose for optimal FAE)

imo opinion sometimes myc just eats up a casing no matter how early its put in fruiting! some substrains dont behave and do as they like lol
i have seen the whole casing devoured before. it will still fruit. overlay is not as commom as people think. infact i think i have only seen it once and still not 100% it was lol

If you're growing cubes, you don't need a casing. I used to case and just got contams most of the time. Once I stopped, all was well in the grow room. What did you use for casing?

Try casing later if it all gets colonized. Overlay isn't really an issue tho because if conditions are good then it will fruit just like an uncased sub. If you're dialed in for a lot of FAE and are relying on the casing for the microclimate you may need to adjust how your tub is dialed in but it will otherwise be fine.
Fully colonized casing.

I used PC'd 60/40 verm/coco coir mix at field capacity. It's been a few days since i initiated FC. I see no signs of contams (thankfully). I just prefer an optimal pinset and the possibility of a higher yield if possible.

Fully colonized casing.

Adjust my dial setting in what way? Can you elaborate.
