black rot in stems?

Hi, I am just harvesting my first flush from my first tub....which is going amazing btw, thanks to this site lol. I have been using a dehydrator to dry the mushrooms and after 4 hours I had to turn it off for a few hours. When I went to turn it back on I checked and removed any dry mushrooms. Some with thicker stems were dry on the outside but felt a bit wet on the inside still, so I cut them open to dry quicker. Upon opening I realized the inside of the stems were black. I dried completely but now an worried they were rotten. Is this ok, or are they garbage now?
Here is a pic:

Thanks for any advice in advance

What is your drying process? A dehydrator?

Yes i am using a dehydrator, I started at 150 until cracker dry. Now I have gone down to about 125 f, as i am assuming 150 is kind of high.

The blue green is bruising
The black is the spore genetic material. Its what gets pushed to cap to create spores
Everything normal
