Grain Jars Grew Mold Before Able to PC

I recently prepped 12 jars of rye berries, and when I went to PC them realized that my pressure cooker was no longer working. They sat in the jars for 3 days without being pressure cooked, and today I did the batch of 7 that were already waiting in the PC. As I went to load up the last 5 is when I noticed the mold. Are all my jars fucked? The PC'ed ones show no sign of mold, but I'm worried it's still there and just not visible. Should I toss em all, or PC the last 5 and see how it goes?
Jar that was PC'ed, most likely looked other jars beforehand

Jars that weren't PC'ed, quite a bit of mold growing

Personally I would dump them and start over. It's why a lot of us end up staying up all night to PC. Sleep during timers and alarms.
You're in a race after the soak to beat the seed sprouting, as well as any mold germinatiNg etc.

Yea, I think I'll probably say fuck it and dump em all. I usually do try to PC as soon as I'm done soaking, but my cheap ass Presto PC breaking didn't allow me too.

I would honestly like to see how this turns out, if you have some cultures to spare, if contams start to grow, just quickly dump your jars.

I'm unfortunately starting from a spore syringe, so it wouldn't be a very valid experiment. That is another reason I decided to toss em, chances are the syringe is already dirty so I want the grains to be as clean as possible.
