By the pics it looks like Agaricus sp.
It appears to have yellow reaction at the base of the stem (or it could just be the pic) which is not desireable in this genera, specially if coupled with an unpleasant odor.

I saw the yellow staining too,and thought the same

Thanks for the info Pouihi and Kaktus.brand.g as this was my first post. I was happy to get an fast response and good info!!! I'll keep looking, its been tough considering the drought in my area is probably causing a shortage in mushrooms.

My climate doesn't allow me to have a lot of "mushroom fertile" months so I can relate (sorry to hear you're going through a drought tough)
