Species 1:



Habitat:
On grass near pine trees, near pasture with no cows, Northern, Mississippi USA, 308ft above sea level, just growing out of normal regular soil.

Gills:
White, attached, gills hard to tell, etc.

Stem:
1 inch to 1 1/2 inch, white, soft swuishy texture, solid, thin etc.

Cap:
quarter size, red, squishy, round and flat,



Spore print color:
Did not get spore print.



Bruising:
Did not want to bruise.

Other information:
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

Thanks, it does look like one according to wikipedia.

I could not find anything on if this mushroom is magical. There are many out there. Are they psychedelic?

No. There are no species in the genus Russula that are known to be psychoactive.
